I have Windows 10 Home Version 2004 OS build 19041.1052 and all updates are up-to-date. I don’t know what is wrong with SoftOrbits software but I do know that I don’t like their software. They don’t remotely connect to my laptop. Those companies always send me an app to collect the test data to send to them. I have even helped other major companies test software. In fact, this is one of my major hobbies. I actually remember that I had the same problem months ago when I downloaded their software to try it out before.

When I installed SoftOrbits Photo Editor, it gave me the error “The application was unable to start correctly(0x000007b).” So, I uninstalled it, then went to the SoftOrbits website and downloaded it from there.
